0:00 to 0:15, the problem

Title card. Label: Problem.

"At a live auction, bidders hold back when a card is charged first. And when bids are unsecured, winners can walk away."

0:15 to 0:30, the promise

Title card. Label: GAVEL: sandbox only.

"GAVEL makes every bid a PayPal authorization hold. The hammer is the payment."

0:30 to 0:50, register and hold

Register two bidders and pick ceilings; holds show as HELD. Source: UI. Label: Live sandbox or Recorded.

"A bidder approves a ceiling. It is held, not charged."

0:50 to 1:10, bids

Typed and QR bids on the console and bid screen. Source: UI.

"Bids above a ceiling are refused. Typed, QR and voice all feed the same rules."

1:10 to 1:30, a spoken bid and the confirm prompt

Source: REC. Label: Recorded: this is a replay.

"A spoken bid becomes a structured bid. When it is ambiguous, GAVEL asks first."

1:30 to 1:55, the hammer

Winner captured at the winning price, others voided; the ladder goes from HELD to CAPTURED and VOIDED. Source: UI or FAKE. Label: Fake PayPal if the replay is used.

"At the hammer only the winning price is captured. The other holds are voided."

1:55 to 2:15, real sandbox evidence

Terminal: the G1 and G4 evidence lines and the gates status table. Source: EVID and TERM. Label: Real sandbox evidence.

"These are real sandbox runs: capture 350 of a 500 hold released the remainder, and six real webhooks verified."

The remainder release is inferred from the authorization reading CAPTURED; the voiceover and the evidence index both rest on that, and it should not be described as read from a buyer balance.

2:15 to 2:30, crash and resume

Source: FAKE. Label: Fake PayPal, test run.

"Stop the server mid-settlement and resume: still exactly one capture. This is shown against our fake PayPal."

2:30 to 2:42, the ledger

Ledger verify output and the audit screen. Source: TERM or UI.

"Every accepted bid sits in a hash-chained ledger anyone can re-verify."

2:42 to 2:50, the honest close

Closing card with the repository URL and the status line. Label: G3 in progress, G5 partial, synthetic speech only.

"GAVEL: PayPal sandbox, open source, MIT. Two gates are still open, and we say so."

Cut order if over time

Cut shot 9 (the ledger) first, then shot 4, then shot 5.

Labels that must stay on screen

See the label sheet. In short: real sandbox evidence is labelled as such, the fake PayPal is labelled Fake PayPal, the voice replay is labelled Recorded, and G3 is never shown as a result.
