Repository layout
What is in the repository, folder by folder, and which area owns it.
One strict TypeScript monorepo (npm workspaces over packages/*, Node 22) plus the tooling, evidence and docs around it. Per-package pages: engine, shared, payments, server, voice, web, e2e, infra.
What each top-level folder is

The ownership map is scripts/ownership.map.json. A pull request that touches more than one area needs the cross-area label (see Contributing).
Evidence in the repository
Committed evidence lives under docs/evidence: G1, G2, G4 (gate runs as redacted JSONL), nightly (redacted nightly sandbox reports) and SIM (the simulated multi-day run). docs/GATES.md is the record that ties each gate to its result; this site reads its gate and simulation tables from that file and from docs/evidence/SIM/SIM-MULTIDAY.md at build time.
